	Has New Owners!! *Family Operated ~ Family Oriented* We are happy to announce that we have purchased the Bonaparte Lake Resort as of October 2010. Positive changes are taking place, the fall was spent cleaning up the grounds, replacing fences, and making repairs, this winter we will be completely cleaning and restoring the interior of the store and restaurant.
Our winter project will include flooring, new equipment, & furniture, the kitchen will be a clean and efficient space and you can be assured that your meal will be prepared accordingly! In the spring we look forward to sprucing up the exterior and restoring and refurbishing the cabins. Over the next few years we have many plans to include an outdoor pavilion, horse corrals, playground as well as a new dock. The Cabins, Store, and Gas are open for your winter enjoyment. The Restaurant is Now Open and renovations are complete. Come and join us for the day or the weekend, Ice fishing, Snowmobiling and Winter Fun is in full swing!! lake Bonaparte Lake Resort is nestled at the base of 7258 foot Mount Bonaparte in the magnificent Okanogan Highlands and on the shores of beautiful Bonaparte Lake. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, then you've found it. Bonaparte Lake is at 3500 feet elevation so you get the beauty and peace of a mountain paradise.

Whether you are traveling with kids or enjoying some time on your own there is always some thing for every one to do. Bonaparte Lake Resort is easy to access and is located midway between Tonasket and Republic, Washington.

Cabins and Campsites

resort Stay in one of our cosy rustic log cabins on the lake or bring your tent or RV and choose a campsite nestled in the forest. Bathrooms, showers and Laundromat are located nearby together in the same building. (be sure to bring your own bedding, towels and kitchen equipment)

Boating, Swimming and Camping

Enjoy boating on our 167 acre mountain lake, at 3500 feet elevation. With our 10 mph boat speed it is the perfect place to enjoy the peace and quiet or take a swim in the clean clear water. We have a special wading area for children. Hike or mountain bike along the pleasant trails in the adjacent Okanogan National Forest with 7,258 feet Mount Bonaparte towering nearby.

	Fishing Come to Bonaparte Lake for exceptional Bass, Mackinaw, Brook, Rainbow and Silver trout fishing. Bonaparte Lake is open to fishing year around, Enjoy fly fishing, still fishing or trolling in peaceful scenic surroundings, with out the interference of speed boats.(10 mph boat speed limit), and for those who enjoy the quiet solitude of winter Bonaparte Lake offers some of the best ice fishing around. It's only a short drive to Lost Lake, Beaver Lake and Beth Lake. Make Bonaparte Lake Resort your home base and enjoy what the surrounding area has to offer. Hunting Bonaparte Lake, and surrounding area offers some of the most varied hunting you will find anywhere. Including; bear, game birds, whitetail and mule deer.

Wildlife and Bird Watchers Paradise

Enjoy observing Water Foul and Birds of Prey in their natural Habitat. Watch and listen as the Loon's call echoes in the stillness. Watch the Eagles Soar as they hunt and fish. Enjoy the wide variety of wild ducks and other birds that make Bonaparte Lake their home. Deer wander through the resort on there way to the lake, chipmunks, rabbits and squirrels play amongst the trees. There are many trails around the lake and the surrounding area, many for are easy walks, some are over steeper more advanced terrain. you can inquire at the store for area maps and advice from the people who know the area.

Snowmobile on miles of exciting trails with breathtaking viewpoints. You'll also enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing and other sports, too.

From Tonasket take Highway 20 East to Bonaparte Lake Road, Turn left. Go 6 approximately miles to Bonaparte Lake Resort

From Republic take Highway 20 West to Bonaparte Lake Road, Turn right. Go 6 approximately miles to Bonaparte Lake Resort
